A new PACT Panel has been formed for the Parish of West Moors.
What is PACT? It stands for Partners and Communities Together and consists of a multi agency organisation to support the Safer Neighbourhood Team, to drive community engagement and act to tackle safety issues that are important to local people.
The Panel that has been formed to run PACT consists of representatives from local organisations such as Police, Fire, Ambulance, Local Authorities, Youth, Health and others as appropriate. The first meeting was an opportunity for the various members to introduce themselves and make known to each other the knowledge and expertise available to deal with any crisis or incident that might occur in West Moors.
The Chairman would like to thank the twenty five representatives who attended for contributing to a very successful meeting.
